- 2-3 Red Chillies
- 2 Garlic cloves
- coriander leaves
- 1 inch ginger
- half cup of roasted peanuts
- half tea spoon sichuan pepper powder
- 1.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 table spoon Lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
